How to Use Bestact

Electromagnetic Coil

Using as 1a(NO) contact form

サンプル画像1
When voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil, magnetism flows as shown by the red arrow, turning the contact ON.

Using as 1b(NC) contact form

When voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil, magnetism flows as shown by the red arrow and cancels out the magnetism of the blue arrow, turning the contact OFF.
*If the voltage applied to the coil is excessively increased, the contact is turning ON again.

Permanent magnet

サンプル画像1
Bestact is operated by bringing a permanent magnet close to it.
Rare earth cobalt magnets and anisotropic ferrite magnets with high coercive force and large energy product are used for BESTACT drive magnets,
The magnets are designed with an optimum shape and are stable and will not demagnetize due to heat aging or other factors.
Demagnetization over time is less than 2% in 10 years.

Difference Between Bestact and General Reed Switches

The unique contact structure provides overwhelming advantages in terms of contact capacity and small size.

Differences Between Bestact Relays and Others' Relays

Bestact has a long service life due to short breaking time and low wear and tear on the contacts because of the glow discharge breaking.
